Mega Mare X4

Ok, this is my first critique ever, so i don't really know what to do.
Vision: Simple, old style (like that) 4/5
Originality: It's a parody sooo, but i didn't find anyone who did the same. 4/5
Technique: Seems legit, all around. I really like it. 4,5/5
Impact: Well, for the impact, just WOW. It was my first Megaman game and changed my gaming-life. So, my personal opinion would be 10/1 but i think an objective version "could" be 4/5.
My critique is influenced by my love to Megaman and MLP, but i hope this was fair enough.
